Delivery info.
We will dispatch all purchases within 48-72 hours via Royal Mail.
UK - 48hr tracked Royal Mail £5.99
Republic of Ireland - DPD £15.99
Europe - Evri International £15.99
Rest of the world - Evri International £25.99
We will notify you on the day your purchase is dispatched.
Custom charges and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your order is shipped, the responsibility to pay fees and taxes will be down to you. If you fail to pay your customs fees, and the item is delivered back us you will be liable for additional shipping fee's to receive your item.
Once your item is shipped and in the hands of your country’s customs, you will need to contact them then regarding any delays or delivery queries.

How does 'sell your boots' work?
We get inundated with messages asking if we will buy your boots so we have streamlined the experience. Simply complete our sell your boots form and we will aim to respond within 3-5 working days. Please be mindful that we will only offer trade prices.
If both parties are happy with the agreed proposal, you will then need to ship your boots to us, this is a cost you will need to cover and we advise using a tracked/signed for service. Once we receive your boots they will undergo our internal checks, this will take 1-3 working days. When your boots pass our internal checks, we will transfer you the funds. However, if your boots fail our internal checks we will inform you of this and give you a reason as to why, this could be due to the condition we received the boots in does not reflect the images you have uploaded or we may consider your boots not to be authentic. A fee of £5 will be required to cover the costs of shipping your boots back to you.
How does 'trade your boots' work?
We are offering you an opportunity to trade in your old boots in exchange for a pair of ours, there are no limitations to which pair you can chose. All you have to do is complete our trade in form with all the relevant information and we will aim to get back to you within 3-5 working days. Please be mindful that we will only offer trade prices.
If both parties agree on the trade you will need to ship your boots to us, this is a cost you will need to cover and we advise using a tracked/signed for service. Once we receive the boots, they will be subject to our internal checks, this will take 1-3 working days, if they pass we can progress with the exchange and ship your new boots to you, these will be shipped out within 1-3 working days after the internal checks, we will use a 24hr shipping service to ensure they arrive quickly.
We will be in touch if we do not wish to trade for your pair of boots and if we want to make you a counter offer.
If your boots fail our internal checks, we will inform you of this and give you a reason as to why, this could be due to the condition we received the boots in does not reflect the images you have uploaded or we may consider your boots not to be authentic. A fee of £5 will be required to cover the costs of shipping your boots back to you.

How do you rate the condition of your boots?
We pride ourselves on selling new and used good quality and affordable trainers and football boots.
We are honest about our ratings and provide any necessary information. All boots rated 8.5/10 and above are in excellent condition with some general wear and tear.
Due to selling second hand boots we can only rate the boot aesthetically, we are unable to test and try each boot out so we can not guarantee a life span of any classic or used boots and we do not offer returns/refunds for this reason. Please note: New trainers and football boots will not be rated as they are brand new and have never been used.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit cards and credit cards. Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple pay, Google pay and Shop pay.
What is your refund policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our trainers or boots, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Boots must be unworn, undamaged, returned in the same condition and in the original packaging.

We do not offer free returns and it is therefore the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us at their own cost, we advise that returns are sent tracked and we recommend that you keep proof of postage until you receive your refund. Once the item has been received, you will receive a full refund within 7 working days.
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons;
If you have ordered the incorrect size footwear, we are not to be held responsible.
If there is evidence that the footwear has been worn.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/discounted items cannot be refunded.
The items have been returned after the 14 day period.
We will be in contact upon receiving the return to confirm or reject the return request.
Please note, sale items and items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for returns or refunds.
