Trade in your old boots

We are offering you an opportunity to trade in your old boots in exchange for a pair of ours, there are no limitations to which pair you can chose.

We aim to reply to your trade form within 3-5 working days. Please be mindful that we will only offer trade prices.

Once the trade is confirmed you will need to ship your boots to us, this is a cost you will need to cover. We will let you know if you trade has been declined or will make a counter offer.

Once we receive the boots, they will be subject to our internal checks, please allow 1-3 working days for this, if they pass we can progress with the exchange and ship your new boots to you using a 24hr shipping service.

If your boots fail our internal checks a fee of £5 will be required to cover the costs of shipping your boots back to you.
